Former Scottsbluff Man Denied Parole

A one-time Scotts Bluff County man incarcerated in the Colorado State Department of Corrections was denied parole Monday, based on a 22 page Risk Evaluation as well as evidence presented that alleges his involvement in a separate 1989 murder case in Scottsbluff.

John Yellow Boy was on schedule for parole August 12th of this year until just recently. In an odd twist of irony, Yellow Boy was scheduled to relocate to Scottsbluff and live with Sharon Condon's mother, Flora. Yellow Boy has also been implicated in that crime in 1988 that involved the death of his cousin Sharon, as well as her unborn son and boyfriend, 25 year old Richard Valdez. Yellow Boy has never been charged with anything in connection to this crime.

There is no word on when the next parole hearing might take place.
